There may be some but we can not guarantee it&#8217;s dry or available. Elk Creek Country Store sells some and they are a quick seven minute drive away.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We recommend using water shoes if you plan to swim in the lake.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please remember that you&#8217;re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living onsite 24\/7.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>From time-to-time we will be at the tan house directly across from Treehouse. We want you to be comfortable knowing that if we are there, you still have complete privacy at Treehouse and that the windows at the other house face the lake and not toward Treehouse.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Notes about the Community<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>As our guest, you are able to use the following community common areas: beach, gazebo, picnic area, horse shoe pit, charcoal grill, boat ramp, and docks for fishing, swimming, or simply relaxing. Please be courteous of others and do not block free passage around the dock area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please remember to close the gate and lock it immediately after passing through the gate. You only need the key if you are driving to the common area. There is passage for walking there next to the gate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At the community area, be prepared to take your trash with you, as there are no trash cans at the common area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The common area has a port-a-john available for your convenience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fishing in Lake Anna requires a Virginia Fresh Water License. Licenses can be found online or at local fishing shops or at sporting goods stores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lake Anna is divided into a public side and a private side. This property is on the private side, so the lake is only accessible via private properties. The benefit of being on the private side is that the lake is considerably less crowded for water sports, swimming or fishing. The private side is the warmer side, which extends the water season. Please note: the private side does not have any public marinas.
