Treehouse at Lake Anna was created to be used exclusively by our friends, their friends, and family. It is not a commercially available rental property, so you will not find us on sites like AirBnb or VRBO. When you request a booking, please let us know how you found us and who referred you.
Nightly rates vary depending on the season and duration of your stay. For accurate pricing, enter an Arrival and Departure Date to see an instant quote on this page and there is a two night minimum requirement. Your total rental fee includes cleaning fees and the required 7% county transient tax. A refundable security deposit (of $500) may be collected, in addition to any remaining balances, prior to your check-in date. The security deposit will be refunded quickly, within the terms of the contract.
After we receive your booking request, we will check things on our end to ensure there are no conflicts with the dates requested, and then we will apply any submitted promo code. After that, we will email you the contract and payment link so you can finalize your booking with us.
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 21 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
