The House
Expect to enjoy a newly renovated and furnished, clean, modern, cozy home with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It is located on a quiet cul-de-sac on the peaceful and relaxing private side of Lake Anna. Comfortably sleeps 8 with two bedrooms with king sized beds, and one with a queen bed and twin bunk beds. Features a large deck, screened porch and a balcony—all with lake views—and a private deck at the back of the house.
The Amenities
Both the living room and the loft space have a 65″ smart TV and an electric fireplace. Nicely appointed kitchen with a large island and four bar stools, and a separate dining area that seats eight. The main level bedroom has an electric fireplace and private balcony. All bedrooms have a 55″ smart TV. Enjoy high-speed wireless Internet for streaming or working, full washer/dryer, propane grill and a wood-burning fire pit.
The Activities
A short three-minute walk takes you to the lake access. Relax in the sun on the sandy beach at the community area or enjoy the shade of the trees. You can walk into the lake from the beach or off of the sun deck. Launch your own boat and use our boat slip. You will have use of the gazebo with picnic tables, BBQ, play horse shoes, or use one of our kayaks. At the house there are board games, puzzles, cards, mini foosball.
